About Wholepath Counselling
As a practitioner, I use an Integrative approach that is person-centred, relational and strengths-based. This means I meet you where you are, as you are, and we work together to find what is right and most effective for you.
Modalities we use can include: CBT, DBT, somatic awareness and embodiment, solution-focused, narrative and expressive arts therapies, and/or mindfulness-based approaches, including ACT. My work as your therapist is informed by your needs and goals, as well as a deeply human, intersectional lens that is rooted in compassion and respect. This is Wholepath Counselling.
The work we do together generates hope: hope for change, hope for resolution, hope to understand and to be understood. It also builds capacity, develops new awareness and strategies, alleviates suffering and generates wellness.
